Sales Office To Accept Resident Transactions
Posted on Sep 4th, 2016 Comments (0)
We have been advised that a staff person will now be permanently located at the Sales Office starting the week of Labor Day to accept payments and handle resident requests that previously had to be transacted at the Tunnell office on Anna's Way, off Long Neck Road.  These include sewer bills, water bills, land rent payments, and requests for tree work and residence modification.
Restaurant and golf charges should still be paid at the Proshop.  Boat slip payments must be paid at the Bayside office.

Friday, October 7th, 7:00 P.M. at Baywood Community Center
John Mixon will be returning as our trivia host. The cost is $5.00 per person.
The format is as follows: Each person/couple will pull a number that will place you at the table where you will sit with random teammates. If you have out of town guests visiting you on the trivia mixer night, they may sit with you. You will spend approximately two hours with your random teammates. Some you may already know, some you may not. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this RULE! This is not your team from the Baywood Clubhouse trivia. Let this be an opportunity to meet new friends. We have many new residents and we want to warmly welcome them to our community. This mixer also may allow you a greater chance to be in the winnings.
If you're interested in participating in the second fall trivia mixer, Please RSVP to Barb Bollinger at bjbollinger6@gmail.com
Due to limited space, we ask that you only bring a snack for yourself. BYOB
We hold a 50/50 at all our trivia nights, this is our source for the cash prizes we give out. The more you give, the bigger the prizes! Please bring cash to participate. $5.00 for six tickets. If you are a 50/50 winner, you are not obligated to donate back to BHA. Thank you for participating.
