| Golf Demo Days Coming to Baywood |

Baywood Greens Golf Staff will be hosting demo days soon, with Taylor Made on the range on May 27, from 10 AM to 2PM, and Callaway on the range on June 16, from 11 AM to 3 PM. Ping will also be making an (as yet unscheduled) appearance. For further information, contact Head Pro Tony Hollerback in the Pro Shop.

| Pool Schedule for 2012 Available |

We've received the following pool schedule
- May 26-28 (weekend only)
- June 2-3 (weekend only)
- Daily operations for the summer (through Labor Day weekend) begin on June 9
Hours of operation in 2011 were 10 AM to 6 PM for five of the seven days, but Noon to 8 PM on Tuesday and Friday (we have not been advised of any changes for 2012).

| BHA Election Ballots in the Mail |

The BHA Nominating Committee has completed its distribution of ballots via US Mail to the BHA membership; members should see ballots arriving shortly. The Nominating Committee requests return of your numbered, postage pre-paid ballot by June 1.
Ballots were distributed to members based on dues payments received by approximately May 10; members who renewed their membership after this time or did not receive a ballot should either contact Membership directly for a ballot, or else may cast their ballot at the Membership meeting on June 9 prior to the start of the meeting.

| Memorial Day Weekend Golf Outing on May 27 |

The Baywood Greens Pro Shop staff will be coordinating a Memorial Day Weekend golf outing on Saturday, May 27. Play will be in foursomes using a scramble format with handicaps. Entry fees are $100/player and must be paid by Friday, May 26. You can sign up as a team or as an individual and be paired up by the Pro Shop staff.

Mark Coty, General Manager of Baywood Greens, has passed along a few items concerning events coming to the Clubhouse in May.
- Entertainment every Friday & Saturday, 6:30 – 9:30 pm.
- Weekly dinner specialty nights will continue throughout the month of May.
- Happy hour drink pricing continues 3:00 – 7:00pm on Fridays & 3:00 – 6:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. $2 Domestic Beers, $2.50 Imported Beers, $3.50 Rail Drinks & $4 Glasses of House Wine.
- Friday Getaway from the Everyday Happy Hour begin Friday, May 25, 3:00 – 7:00 pm. Entertainment by TideRunner, 5 – 8:00 pm. Happy hour drink pricing and food specials TBA.

| Baywood Greens to host Resident/Guest Golf Tournament June 15 & 16 |

Baywood Greens will be hosting a two-day Resident/Guest golf tournament on Friday, June 15 (tee times at 3:00 PM) and Saturday, June 16 (tee times at 7:00 AM). (Resident/Resident pairings are accepted, too!) Play will be in two-person teams with each player playing their own ball; entry fee of $500 per team includes two days of golf, Friday night dinner in the Clubhouse Ballroom, Saturday pig roast at the Community Center, prizes and gifts. Entries must be received at the Pro Shop by Friday, June 1.

| FAB Delaware Park Day Trip |
Thursday, May 31st, 9 AM - 9 PM at Charter bus from Baywood to Delaware Prk
FAB is planning a Delaware Park trip on May 31 for racing, slots and dinner. We will be departing Baywood at 9 AM by charter bus. Arrival at Delaware Park is scheduled at 11 AM. Dinner will be at Cafe Napoli again during the return, and arrival home to Baywood will be approximately 9 PM. Cost for the bus will be $20. Sign up soon ... for full details, see the FAB page. | | |

Saturday, June 2nd, 9:00 AM to Noon
The Baywood Community Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 2 (there will be no rain date) between 9AM and 12 Noon. Questions may be directed via email to Co-chairs Janet and David Pomrinca at pompom612@yahoo.com
For those residents who choose not to participate in the yard sale but have items they would like to donate, George Wiker has volunteered to set up a Baywood table to sell those items with the proceeds and all unsold items donated to the Christian Storehouse. The items may be brought to George's home and left on the porch at 32460 Approach Way.

| BHA Membership Meeting |
Saturday, June 9th, 9:00 AM at the Baywood Community Center (Poolhouse)
This will be the third of the warm-weather meetings of the BHA. Future meetings are scheduled for every second Saturday of the month through September 8. This year's election of President, Secretary, and Representatives from phases 2, 4/5/6, and 10 will be finalized at this meeting.
