2010 Resident Directory Now In Distribution

The printed 2010 Resident Directory has been published by the Membership and Web Committees and is now in distribution via your BHA Phase Representative. This year's Directory not only has basic contact information, but also includes a reverse lookup matching lot numbers on each street to resident's names.
Each BHA Membership will be issued one copy. You can expect delivery within the next few days.
Additional copies and copies for residents who are not BHA members are available for $5 directly through your Phase Representative.
Cruzer's Concert On Sunday August 1

Baywood Greens continues its Summer Concert Series in the Wedding Garden with The Cruzers this Sunday, August 1, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. This event is free and open to the public. Hotdogs and hamburgers will be available at an outdoor BBQ.
Baywood Greens Clubhouse Updates

The following news items and promotions have been updated for us by the Clubhouse.
- The August Calendar
- Sunday Brunch continues every week through Labor Day.
- Friday Getaway Happy Hour, with verandah entertainment from 4:00 to 6:30, and continuing entertainment in the lounge from 7:00 until 10:00.
- Drive and Dine: Sunday – Thursday afternoons between 12:00 – 2:30, play 18 holes of spectacular golf and enjoy dinner in the Baywood Clubhouse Restaurant for only $85 (except holiday weekends).
- Nine and Dine: Monday, Thursday and Sunday afternoons after 2:30, play nine holes of golf and enjoy dinner in the Baywood Clubhouse Restaurant for only $55.
Informal Friday Happy Hours at the Community Center

With the pool open late Friday evenings this summer, those looking for a quieter, more relaxed Happy Hour are invited to join their fellow residents on the Community Center patio after 5:00 PM. This informal activity is intended to complement, not compete with, the Clubhouse happy hour on the veranda.
Bring your own drinks and snacks and join your friends and neighbors for an evening of food, drink and conversation...plus the pool.

This is the fifth of the BHA membership meetings for 2010.

| Rally For The Cure Golf Tournament |
Wednesday, August 25th, 3:00 PM at Baywood Greens Golf Course
Cost is $70 per player with $20 of that going directly to the Susan G. Komen foundation for research for the cure. Silent auction, putting contest, and mulligans will be available for an additional cost. Dinner and prizes follow at the Clubhouse.
