Keycard Entry System Slated for Community Center
Posted on Mar 6, 2010

From Mark Coty
General Manager of Baywood Greens
Received Friday, March 5

Dear Residents,

We will be installing a key card entry system on the front door of the Baywood Community Center sometime within the next 30 days. The lock system that we are installing will allow everyone to use their resident card to activate the entry lock. After installation has been completed, we will need all users to stop by the clubhouse and have your resident card encoded as the new system will not recognize your current resident encryption code. We will need to place another encryption code on the resident card specific to the community center lock. We will organize and arrange for specific times and days of the week to have everyone‘s card encoded within a timely matter. For the time being, you need to do nothing. I will send a follow up email once the new lock is installed and we are ready to process everyone’s resident card.

Our intention is to protect the community center from vandalism and to provide a safe environment for all of you to gather, exercise and relax. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that arise.

Kindest regards,

Mark
