Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a Baywood Homeowners Association sponsored program created to foster a sense of community by connecting neighbors who are willing to help others with various nominal tasks around their homes. The goal is to create a supportive network willing to help community members with small, everyday tasks.  

 

Tasks might include:

• Changing ceiling light bulbs / air filters
• Changing smoke detector batteries
• Helping with heavy packages
• Assisting with trash/yard waste cans
• Basic local transportation needs (grocery shopping / doctor's appointments)
• Pet walking
• Computer/tech assistance
• Similar tasks

The scope of work will be limited to nominal tasks that assist a neighbor in need or might be difficult or unsafe for a community resident to perform (eg. standing on a ladder).
