The Customer Service Representative at the Sales Office is departing the Tunnell Organization after several years on the job.  Many of you know or have interacted with Sue, especially since she has lived here in Baywood.
 
Due to this staff change, operations may be a little short-handed while new staff members are in training. Although the Baywood Front Desk will still be staffed, some administrative services at the Sales Office will be temporarily suspended.

 

You are welcome to drop off payments or correspondence at Baywood. But you should visit the Pot-Nets Main Office if you need other services, such as making credit card payments, address changes, golf car & boat registrations, or boat slip updates.

 

Everything is expected to be back online by February 1st.
