Not Getting Email from the BHA?

We routinely receive questions from registered website users as to why they seem to not be getting email from the BHA.
If you think you're one of the few people who occasionally falls off our mailing list, you should check two things:
- Check Your Profile page. You will need to log in to see the information on this page, but this page gives us exactly the information we use to contact you.
- If the information (email addresses) on your Profile page is correct, then please check your email reader's Junk or Spam folder. At some point you or your email system may have moved our email into Junk/Spam; so be sure that BHA email is not landing there.
As always, if you cannot log in when asked, enter your Username (it's almost always your lot number or your email address) and click the link forgot my password. Your password will be emailed to you immediately.
If you ever have a problem with your website registration, please use the Contact Us page and leave us a message -- we'll get it straightened out for you!
