Dear Townhome Homeowners

 

New Dimension Homes / Signature Homes at Baywood has found that there are a few defective exterior GFI breakers in some of the townhomes. We have been unable to reset these breakers once they’ve been tripped. We have been in contact with the manufacturer.

 

This is just to inform you that we will have an electrician, with one of our employees, inspect all of the GFI breakers on the exterior of the townhomes. Therefore, you may see some men walking around the front and rear of your townhome over the next few weeks. We just wanted you to know ahead of time so that you would not be alarmed.

 

This testing will take place outside. There will be no need for you to be present. If we find that the GFI breaker for your home is defective, we will be replacing it.
