Announced recently by Mark Coty, in separate emails sent to residents, are the following:

    * a change in policy for splitting checks for groups of residents joining together;
    * a change in policy for including gratuity charges on checks when discounts are involved; and
    * availability of golf cart repair services at the golf cart maintenance facility underneath the clubhouse (exclusively for Baywood residents).
