"Molly" was part of the decoration of our Golf Car for the 4th of July parade and flew away during the parade.

Water Outage Monday Morning

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled water service interruption on Monday due to planned maintenance work.
Water service will be unavailable from 6:45 a.m. until approximately 10:00 a.m. This interruption will affect all residents in the Baywood Townhomes, Crooked Stick, and the New Section of Baywood.
We recommend planning ahead by storing any water you may need during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary maintenance is completed.
If the work is completed sooner than expected, water service will be restored as soon as possible.
2026 Baywood Resident Directory in Circulation

Yesterday, we held a "Drop by and Pick up" session at the Community Center to jump-start this year's distribution of the 2026 Resident Directory. One hundred thirty two directories were distributed, or about 42% of what's going out.
For what remains, the Phase Representatives are now responsible for matching you up with your copy of the directory. Some may contact you directly, or you might consider emailing your Phase Representative to arrange a time to drop by.
