Update: Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a program announced in mid-June, designed to foster a sense of community by connecting neighbors who are willing to help others with various nominal tasks around their homes.
Over 30 community members have volunteered to assist their friends and neighbors. A cadre of approximately 40 residents has already served as a “test group” to validate the program.

If you are interested in assisting our neighbors, please email BHA Vice President Steve Maconi with your name, contact information, availability and types of tasks with which you are willing to assist (e.g. I am happy to assist with transportation requests or I do not want to walk pets).
Baywood's Horticulture Department to Correct Overgrowth at Electrical Boxes

Delaware Electric Cooperative (DEC) has notified Baywood that they are unable to perform maintenance upon a number of electric transformers within Baywood, due to vegetation obstructing the doors of electric equipment.

We need residents to volunteer to place a Ghost on their property for the BHA Ghost Hunt (on October 26th). Ghosts will be provided, set-up and removed by BHA.
