2024 Resident Directory is off to the Presses
Posted on Jun 8th, 2024
This year's printed Resident Directory is now at the printer.  Circulation to BHA members throughout the community will again be via your Phase Representative.  Copies should begin reaching BHA members as early as perhaps June 27.

This year's Directory consists of 44 pages and contains contact information for all 668 residents, who collectively occupy 382 residences.  Also included in the Directory are a handy cross reference of lot number to occupants (useful if you are trying to learn the names of your neighbors), this year's advertiser listing, and a few extra pages of information about the BHA and the Baywood community.
  • If you are logged in and are a BHA member, an electronic copy of the Resident Directory is available to you right now for download on the BHA Documents page.
Directories are provided as a benefit of membership to all BHA members; non-member residents are able to purchase a copy of the Directory for a fee by contacting your local BHA Phase Representative.
BHA Elections Concluded
Posted on Jun 8th, 2024
This year's election was concluded today.  Installed into office for a two-year term are:
  • President – Harry Baumes
  • Secretary -
  • Phase 2 Representative – Elaine Hallsted
  • Phase 4 Representative – Sue Baumes
  • Phase 6 Representative – Don Dalton
  • Phase 10 Representative – Terry Rauber
There were no candidates for the position of Secretary, thus the BHA President has the authority to appoint a secretary. If you are interested in becoming involved and contributing to our community, and possibly serving as secretary, please contact Harry Baumes.

We extend our thanks to the incoming members of the Board for volunteering and agreeing to work on behalf of the membership.  We also thank outgoing Board members Helen Krewson (Secretary) and Melinda Moore (Phase 2 Representative) for their service since 2022.

Finally, in related election news, Ken Lebo has offered his resignation as Vice President.  When accepting his resignation, the Board gave the President approval to appoint Steve Maconi to fill the vice presidency for the remainder of term (through 2025).

Again, thanks are due to Ken for his contributions this past year, and to Steve, for agreeing to become involved in the work of the Association.

One More Thing: the election process could not have been completed without the exceptional work of the Nominating Committee: co-chairs Mike Finn & Debbie Wilkins, members Pennie Bartholomew & Janice Henning.
