Annual Resident Directory Enters Circulation
Posted on Jun 21st, 2019
The 2019 annual, printed Resident Directory is now entering circulation via the Phase Representatives.
This year's edition is, once again a 50-page publication of "must have" directory and advertiser information. In addition to an alphabetical listing of residents and a cross-reference of lot to residents, you will find advertising copy for 53 local merchants and service providers who look forward to meeting your business needs.
BHA members receive the directory as a benefit of membership. Non-member residents (and BHA members who request an additional copy) may obtain a copy for a small fee by contacting their Phase Representative.

Community Standards Reminder
Posted on May 23rd, 2019
In response to a number of inquiries from residents, the Tunnell Companies have circulated a reminder of certain aspects of the Community Standards of Baywood, as they relate to exterior decorations on individual homes.
"While we appreciate individual expression of pride of ownership, and enjoy temporary holiday-themed displays, there are exterior decorations which detract from the visual harmony of Baywood."
Hurricane Season Begins June 1
Posted on May 23rd, 2019
Remember, hurricane season begins June 1, and NOAA forecasters are predicting that a near-normal Atlantic hurricane season is most likely this year. This outlook forecasts a 40% chance of a near-normal season, a 30% chance of an above-normal season and a 30% chance of a below-normal season.
NOAA predicts a likely range of 9 to 15 named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher), of which 4 to 8 could become hurricanes (winds of 74 mph or higher), including 2 to 4 major hurricanes (category 3, 4 or 5; with winds of 111 mph or higher). NOAA provides these ranges with a 70% confidence. An average hurricane season produces 12 named storms, of which 6 become hurricanes, including 3 major hurricanes.
