Locating the Baywood Community
The Baywood Greens Community is located on Route 24 in lower Delaware, midway between the Lewes/Rehoboth Beach area and the city of Millsboro. The main map below opens with its position on the Baywood Greens Sales Center at the Route 24 entrances to the community. Additional street- and community-level maps are available below the main map display.
We have a printable street map of the community (last updated June 2017). There are also detailed phase maps with lot numbers (available courtesy of Signature Homes and now Baywood Homes LLC -- but these maps are dated with respect to sales information as to what's now available for sale and what is not) in the order in which construction has taken place:
- Phases 1, 2, and 3 (Greens Way and all areas southwest of the wooden bridge)
- Phase 4 (townhomes)
- Phase 10 (Crooked Stick, et. al.)
- Phase 6 (Bent Way, Mashie Way, Dormie Way)
- Phase 5 (the initial map showing the Baycourt Townhomes in 2009 has been replaced in the current community master plan -- see the Baywood Homes, LLC link below)
- Phase 7 (under construction)
